Policies

Arrival

  1. Please message me when you have arrived, and I will meet you at the door.

  2. No makeup, please arrive with a bare face.

  3. Avoid caffeine before appointment as this may cause fluttering and jittery eyes.

  4. No extra guests.

  5. No restroom available, please use one prior.

  6. Appointments can range from 1.5-3 hours, please book accordingly, I will not rush my work.

  7. Keep in mind that I am home-based, so please be respectful of all policies, thank you!


Cancellations/Rescheduling:

  1. If you need to reschedule, please let me know 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being lost and a new one is required to book again.

  2. Last minute cancellation (6 hours or less) before appointment or no show, will be required to pay half of the service. Failure to do so will be banned from booking.

  3. If you are past 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. You may reschedule for another time with the same deposit.

  4. No refunds on deposit or any services.

  5. $20 deposit required to book.

  6. Business hours are from 9-6pm. Any time before or after these hours, will be considered as a squeeze in, which results in an additional $20 service fee to your appointment.

Fills/Retention:

  1. At least 40% of lashes left are considered a fill.

  2. Book fills every 2-3 weeks, anything past that will be considered a new set.

  3. If you are having retention issues, I can fix them within 3 days free of charge, anything past that I am able to fix but with a small fee.

  4. If you booked with me before and are changing for a new style set, you need to book a lash removal and a new set. Book your appointment accordingly.

  5. I do not do foreign fills, you will need a removal before your new lash set.
